HISTORY LESSON
Freddie Segro is a video creator with over a decade of experience producing, shooting and editing various forms of content. Originally from just outside NYC in Rutherford, NJ, he moved to Philly in 2004 to study at the Art Institute of Philadelphia. After receiving his Bachelor's Degree in Digital Media Production, he quickly engrossed himself in the video/film industry and has become an extremely well rounded artist. Cinematography, editing, motion graphics, 2D/3D animation, sound design, compositing, field audio.... he does it all. He has shot and edited everything from admissions videos for universities to National television shows and commercials. He has also stepped into the Post Production Management world setting up SAN and Final Cut Server workflows, organization & archiving systems, overseeing editors & projects as well as just being "the go to guy" for troubleshooting at the studio and on set.
Freddie currently acts mainly as a DP and Camera Op but also performing as AC, Camera Assistant, Field Producer and Editor. He has strong experience in branded entertainment, sports, commercials, live events and narrative story telling. He's an amazing creator with a camera or a computer. He strives to always be growing as a professional and succeeding everywhere he is challenged. Producing fresh, creative video content of the highest caliber possible is his goal.
