Had the pleasure of being the DP on a national commercial shoot for STI (Synthetic Turf International) in Los Angeles last weekend. Had a 3 ton grip truck, a couple HMIs, the MoVI M10 and the 18' Kessler Crane to utilize. We actually rigged it so that we can put the MoVI right on to the jib so we didn't have to take the RED off the MoVI for jib shots and then have to re-balance when going back to MoVI shots. Shot entirely with the RED Epic which is a great choice for the higher frame rate shots and being that we would be working in the sun for the whole shoot. I love the Epic but it does not handle low light well. It was a lot of fun and the finished product is looking great. Should be finished in a week. Will be posting as soon as I can.

Congratulations for being the Director of Photography for STI commercial shoot! If I were to choose between working in television and working in commercial shoot, I'd choose to work and commercial shoot because they pay higher compare to television. Wisely speaking, same amount of time and effort but advertisers have higher budget compare to various networks' budget. By the way, it seems like you enjoyed the whole experience while shooting that commercial shoot!

Moving companies are businesses called upon when people are in need of professional transport services. When it comes to furniture moving it is necessary to have reliable and experienced movers handling your belongings, unless you do not mind getting your things knocked about a little in the process - something that is bound to happen if you engage the services of your mates to help you move.
